Helping Hands Initiative
Helping Hands Initiative, based in New Jersey, offers advice, support and information to individuals with special needs. Our referral service is unique in that each client is assessed individually and then research is carried out to discover the appropriate services and support that are available to best meet the needs of our clients. Our clients range in ages from infants and children, through to the elderly. We can help and advise clients with administrative form filling for insurance, social security and medical applications. As part of our services, we will accompany clients to meetings with local authority agencies to ensure total understanding and satisfaction on the part of our clients.
At Helping Hands Initiative, our services are continually on going. To guarantee the complete satisfaction of our clients, we conduct follow-up interviews with both clients and service providers to ensure that commitments have been acted upon and resources have been put in place.
Helping Hands Initiative also offers school-based child advocacy support, support in obtaining grant funding for scholarships and higher education, assistance in obtaining appropriate housing and dispute resolution services. Our fees are based on clients’ income so that our services, advice and support are accessible to all.
