Before starting his training at the age of 14, Chef Jesse Jones had spent hours at his mother’s knee learning the secrets of cuisine; cooking the North Carolina way. His blend of home-style North Carolina and French country cooking has earned him accolades from across the country.
After running a thriving local restaurant, Chef Jesse turned his focus towards running a successful catering enterprise serving local businesses, weddings and charity events. Always lovingly prepared, Chef Jesse’s dishes have the crowds coming back for more. Chef Jesse is also turning his attentions to writing a cookery book, under the working title of, “Cooking with Chef Jesse: Southern Creole Soul,” to spread the word of his amazing collection of family inspired specialities.
